EMBRACING NEURODIVERSITY AT WORK:
A POCKET GUIDE
Objective:
Develop an accessible, informative thought leadership resource that helped organizations better understand neurodiversity in the workplace and provided practical guidance for creating more inclusive environments.
My role:
Partnered with ADAPT (an Employee Resource Group at UKG focused on accessibility, disability inclusion, and neurodiversity) subject matter experts to research, develop, and refine content that accurately reflected lived experiences and workplace best practices. Wrote and edited the full guide, translating complex topics into clear, approachable messaging while ensuring the content was inclusive, accessible, and aligned with brand standards. Collaborated with designers on visual presentation and content structure to create an engaging resource designed for a broad audience.
Result:
Produced a high-performing white paper that became a valuable resource for audiences interested in workplace inclusion and neurodiversity. The guide ranked among the top 10 white papers for the year by page views, generating 991 page views, 734 downloads, and a 20.89% conversion rate. The strong engagement demonstrated the impact of clear, thoughtful storytelling in driving awareness and action around an important workplace topic.
